The most unique vehicles in motorsports return to The Dirt Track at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Saturday, Aug. 11 for the 13th Annual Circle K Back-to-School Monster Truck Bash. Monster Trucks are typically 11-feet tall and weigh nearly five tons. Their custom-built, fuel injected engines produce between 1,500 and 2,000 horsepower. Powerful giants such as Equalizer, War Wizard, Brutus and Avenger have competed in head-to-head challenges on a radical obstacle course at The Dirt Track.

Fund-Racing Program
Charlotte Motor Speedway's Fund-Racing program is designed to give back to the local community while giving the gift of speed! Receive $10 back on every $25 gift card or $20 back on every $50 gift card your organization sells to Charlotte Motor Speedway.
What is Fund-Racing?
It is a unique and fun-filled way for your organization to encourage financial support from the community and from supporters. In return they get to enjoy racing excitement at Charlotte Motor Speedway, zMAX Dragway, or The Dirt Track at Charlotte.
Fund-Racing Gift Cards provide people who purchase gift cards from your organization the flexibility to use them for any event throughout the year at Charlotte Motor Speedway, zMAX Dragway, & The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Now you do not have to commit to a date or event in order to support your favorite organization!
How It Works
- Call one of our Ticket Representatives below based on your organization classification. They will walk you through the quick and easy process of signing up your organization.
- Once you're signed up, we will send you Fund-Racing order forms to pass out to your members.
- The members take orders for gift cards and turn those orders back in to the ticket representative for fulfillment.
- We will mail the gift cards directly to the purchaser.
- A generous donation is paid to your organization for each gift card sold.
That's all there is to it! Again, the gift cards can be used for ticket purchases at any of our three (3) facilities: Charlotte Motor Speedway, zMAX Dragway, or The Dirt Track at Charlotte. Group and Block Tickets
Group discounts are available for all Nationwide Series & Pole Night events. If you purchase 30 or more regularly priced grandstand tickets, you will receive a 10% discount. Tickets must be purchased in advance in order to receive the discount. The Group Sales Department will work with you to customize a package that best suits your needs and budget. Event package options include:
- Grandstand block seating
- Luxury suite seats for companies as well as individuals.
- Season tickets to all race events.
- Clubhouse, Terrace Box & Veranda seating.
- Pit passes, reserved parking, individual hospitality passes.
- Fundraising opportunities for non-profit groups.

RV Rentals
Charlotte Motor Speedway is offering RV rental units as the perfect alternative to a typical hotel stay during race weeks or for a weekend getaway year-round! Just drive to the Speedway and your RV will be waiting for you and your guests. Rental units are 33 foot single slide travel trailers that include:
- Front Queen Bed w/Overhead storage
- Rear Bunkhouse w/Bunk Beds
- Center Wardrobe closet
- Dinette w/Hinged Bunk Above
- Center bathroom with Tub, Sink and medicine cabinet
- Refrigerator with freezer; 3 Burner Range; Microwave; Double Kitchen Sink
- Slideout Booth Dinette & Sofa w/Overhead Cabinets
- 26” Flat Screen TV that swivels between center room and front bedroom

Camping
Everyday camping is available in our full-service campground at The Tom Johnson Camping Center Racing Resort. Standard RVs and tents are both welcome. Reservations are recommended.
The 30’ x 50’ sites can accommodate an RV and two (2) cars/trucks while the 20’ x 50’ will accommodate an RV and one (1) car or truck.
Pricing:
Standard, Back-In Sites- $25 per night.
Pull-Through Sites- $30 per night.
Over The Wall Tour
The Over the Wall Tour is designed for the hard-core NASCAR fan. This intimate group tour includes all the details of the Feel the Thrill Tour plus exclusive additional features. In addition to a detailed visit to the zMAX Dragway and The Dirt Track at Charlotte, you will have a walking tour through The Speedway Club and visit one of our 113 suites, Performance Racing Network (PRN) studios, and experience the breathtaking view of Charlotte Motor Speedway from the top of the Ford Grandstand. Later you will cruise down pit road and experience first-hand the feel of the 24 degree banking. Tour the Media Center and take a walk down memory lane as you view timeless photos of CMS history. Feel the Thrill Speedway Tour
Our “refueled” Feel the Thrill Tour offers fans a close-up look at areas that are off-limits on race days. You will see the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Garage, navigate through two infield race tracks, make your way down Pit Road and take a picture in Victory Circle. Learn the history of Charlotte Motor Speedway while enjoying a comfortable van ride around the Superspeedway where you will feel the full-tilt force of the 24-degree banking. Plus, visit zMAX Dragway and The Dirt Track at Charlotte on this exciting tour!
