Bus Shuttles

The Speedway operates three types of bus shuttle service on CMS property:

1. Tom Johnson's Morehead Farms, Tom Johnson's Peninsula, and Rock City Campgrounds to and from the shower houses, ticket office, and souvenir row area from 7 a.m. - noon starting on the Monday of each race week.
2. Tom Johnson's Morehead Farms, Tom Johnson's Peninsula, and Rock City Campgrounds to and from the track from noon - midnight on race and pole days.
3. Tom Johnson's Morehead Farms, Tom Johnson's Peninsula, and Rock City Campgrounds to and from The Dirt Track during race weeks two hours before the event until two hours after the event.

Trams

Tram service is provided by Nationwide Insurance at a number of tram stops throughout the facility including Gates 2, 3, 4, 7/8, 12, 18, 26, and 30/31 and run in a clockwise direction. These trams operate on race and qualifying days from noon until an hour after the Green Flag. These trams will not operate after an event.
