Qualifying: Qualifying is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 10, at 3:05 p.m. (EDT) and the cars will be impounded by NASCAR after qualifying. The better of two laps will determine a driver's official qualifying speed for the Dollar General 300. Starting positions 1-42 will be determined by qualifying speeds with the top 30 in the NASCAR Nationwide Series car owner standings guaranteed a starting position.
